What Are Woven Labels?
Woven labels are fabric labels made by weaving yarns directly into the design — logos and text become part of the fabric itself, unlike printed labels where ink sits on the surface. This makes them more durable, colorfast and premium in feel. They are used for branding, care instructions and size indication in garments, bags and other products.

Fold Types
Labels can be finished in different folds depending on where and how they are sewn into the product. The most common options are.
Straight Cut
Cut flat without folding; suitable for visible brand labels.
End Fold
Folded at both ends with raw edges hidden; easy to sew into side seams.
Center Fold
Folded in the middle; commonly used for care labels.
Loop Fold
Folded to form a loop; ideal for tear-away or hanging labels.
Mitre Fold
Diagonal corner folds for a clean, finished look.
Artwork Requirements
To help us develop accurate samples, please provide your logo or artwork in the highest available resolution. Vector formats such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred when available. Include the label size, colors (Pantone references if available) and the fold type you need.
MOQ
Woven labels are produced with weaving setups per design, so a minimum order quantity applies per artwork. Our standard MOQ is flexible. If you are launching a new style or a small collection, contact us — we can often accommodate lower quantities for sampling and trial orders.

Confirm the sample or request adjustments.
Bulk production follows after sample approval.

Every order is checked through a full quality process: artwork verification before production, color consistency checks, weave quality and dimension inspection, fold accuracy checking and final full inspection before shipment.
